• Identify cultural changes necessary to make Fear Free part of every standard operating procedure in your practice

Lesson 2: Strategic Planning and Metrics

• Conduct a SWOT analysis of your team in regards to Fear Free
• Determine metrics with the help of MAD (Mastery / Actual / Difference)
• Convert MADs into  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Use KPIs to:   Set goals, give feedback,  hold people accountable and celebrate success
