What if I purchase the wrong item?
We do not process exchanges. However, if you ship the product back to our fulfillment center, we are happy to refund your purchase once we receive the product. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We are happy to issue a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will not accept returned items that have been opened out of additional packaging (shrink wrap or plastic wrap). You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our fulfillment center, and once received, we will issue the refund.

What if my package shows up damaged?
If your package is damaged, keep your invoice/receipt, the box and shipping label, and the products/contents and contact USPS to submit a claim. Fear Free, LLC holds no responsibility for shipping/mailing couriers.
Why won’t Fear Free pay for my return shipment?
The Fear Free Store items are sold at market price, meaning we make no additional revenue from the store. You are getting exactly what you pay for, the product plus shipping. Fear Free, LLC does not hold responsibility for returned shipment expenses.
How long will it take for my purchase to be received?
United States = 1 week to 4 weeks
International = 1 week to 6 weeks
What if my company is tax exempt?
Fear Free, LLC is not responsible for refunding any tax accrued from a company/individual purchasing from the Fear Free Store. The company/individual is responsible for filing the tax exemption within their own state.
